    Soon after the original organizers of the Lacassane

Company purchased the property, they began to investigate

revenue sources other than cattle ranching.  One of the first

OGM leases obtained by the company was from Shell Oil. 

The well which resulted from this lease is still producing

today.  Mineral interests on the property are owned in part

by the company and partly by the shareholders.  Although

the company has branched out into various operations,

Oil, Gas and Mineral leases are still a viable part of the

company's annual revenues today.
